HISTORY

Let us tell you the story of the coffee homeland that is more than 600

years old, the story of coffee cultivation began on our beloved country

in many regions in Yemen including (Haraaz, Bani Hammad, Bani Matar,

Yafa, Khawlan, and several other regions) and its cultivation expanded

from main varieties which are (Dawaery, Jaadi, Jufini, Tufahi).

The origins of Yemeni coffee date back centuries, with Yemeni farmers

cultivating and preparing some of the earliest traditional coffee

varieties. Their love for coffee influenced neighboring regions,

establishing Yemen as a hub for the coffee bean trade. Early farmers

played a pivotal role in spreading the love for coffee worldwide, making

Yemeni coffee an integral part of global coffee history.
